Miss’ 82nd game was a third visit to Dean Court. We went to see the Cherries Ladies against Swindon Town Ladies in the top of the table clash with Uncle Mike, a game that had a crowd of just over 6,000, a superb turn out.
The club made the game a big occasion with face painting, sweet stalls and external catering as well as mascots, flags and flag bearers and a lively pre-match play list.
The entrance to the ground is still a little challenging with an infant, a metal detector, body search and bag search whilst trying to keep Miss entertained is challenging, but we got in and Uncle Mike helped Miss through the turnstile.
We were sat in the Family Stand and utilised the baby changing facilities in the concourse. What a plesant experience, having baby changing facilities inside a football ground (granted a Premier League ground…)
We utilised Miss’ Junior Cherries Membership to get a ‘meal deal’ and also Miss insisted on getting a teddy Cherry Bear and a ball ⚽️ from the club shop (at least we got a discount!)

Miss enjoyed the atmosphere and celebrated the first goal with clapping and punching the air, shouting ‘GOAL!’
Bournemouth Ladies won the game 4-0, a win that sees them remain second in the league, but with 8 wins from 8 games, Bournemouth are now just one point behind the league leaders with two games in hand.
Miss enjoyed cups of tea, a Milky Way and some hula hoops throughout the game, as well as making friends with the children around us and she revelled in the atmosphere. If she had more room to roam around, Miss would be ready for the Cherries on a regular steps, small steps though 🍒⚽️🥳
