We were back at the Charters Community Stadium again on Saturday, but this time, Mummy joined Miss and I ❤️

It was gorgeous sunny October afternoon and a decent afternoon on the pitch too as Winchester City beat Swindon Supermarine 5-2 in the FA Trophy.

It was much quieter than the week before, so parking was much more straightforward. This time we left the pushchair in the chair, to avoid the tricky gravel. As always we were greeted by friendly faces everywhere - from Scott on the the gate, Chairman Ken, the lovely ladies behind the burger bar (Mummy and Miss gave Margaret her home made thank-you card and received another gift!) and of course Wayne on the PA.

Miss discovered a liking for burgers on Saturday, so Mummy’s burger was sacrificed… Miss enjoyed it though 😋🍔

She also discovered a liking for scooters…. I feel there is a present idea incoming here 🛴👀

Pre-match high-fives as always with Uncle Mike, Uncle Davo, Sean, Pete and Coler and we then enjoyed a 5-star display as City won 5-2 to book their spot in the next round.

Miss roamed around as always and had great fun counting the steps on the terrace behind the goal. She also had fun running around in the bar and even going behind the bar 😂🤦‍♂️

At least Ali sorted Miss out with some dinner, she wasn’t sure about the Chilli but jacket potato and cheese went down well!

Miss slept well after a day of making herself at home once again at Winchester City FC. It was her 51st City game in fact and another game closer to the magic 100 for her already!
