It was a second trip to Tavistock within two months for Miss and I, this time in the FA Trophy.
We stopped off just outside Yeovil, as we always do when heading to the South West and then went straight towards Dartmoor. We navigated rain in the early part of the journey but it soon cleared up in Wiltshire and stayed pleasant for the remainder of the day.
There was glorious sunshine and picturesque views as we headed across Dartmoor on the A386.

We got to the ground and utilised the baby changing facility in the bar opposite the turnstiles before safely dropping off the Physio bag that was accidentally left behind (luckily we set off after the coach so could swing via the club to grab it!)
Miss then got a look around the away changing rooms, she wasn’t impressed! She wanted to be outside with her ball!
Daddy went to get a burger from the “Lambing Shed” - Miss loved the lamb on the roof and was making sound effects at it! She also loved Daddy’s burger, taking it off me and eating half of it 🍔

We watched the game from beside the away dugout. There is lots of grass there for Miss to roam and she made friends with a couple of local children and also several dogs! 🐕
Bing and Flop were getting there own ‘seats’ to watch the game from, and Miss enjoyed a cup of tea ☕️ as she saw City turn in a solid display, winning 4-0 and it could have been more but Super Luke Cairney had his penalty saved.

We gave Uncle Mike a lift home after the game, after clapping the boys off.
Uncle Mike even treated Miss to a bouncy ball at Exeter Services - luckily it was only that and not the teddy bear Miss insisted on having! Another fun Daddy/Daughter day out ❤️
